Feb 09 HBR Monthly Sales Stats
The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® just released resale figures for the month of February.
In summary - for all of Oahu (
- Single Family Homes had a total 129 sales with a Median Sales price of $555,000
- Condominiums had a total of 160 sales with a Median Sales price of $297,000
Though the number of sales have slowed by 50%, pricing remain relatively stable, unlike markets on the mainland that have seen substantial price reduction over the past year. I believe this due to the limited inventory of housing and continued demand.
